With A Great Big Noise Like Thunder

If you are a fan of vintage children's records, download this one. It is awesome. A Children's Introduction To Outer Space featuring The Satellite Singers on Golden Records from 1956. A lot of effort went into this record. At times it sounds like the people who sang some Hanna Barbera themes. I usually just pick some of the best songs to rip, but I had to rip this whole record.

Great site Brainwerk! I just stumbled across it for the first butknew immediately that anyone who posts about The Supersuckers, Percussive records and Lenny Dee is A-OK in my books. Keep it up!

If you haven'y yet found a DeClicker/DeCrackle program yet mayI suggest ClickRepair. I recently picked it up and it's head and shoulders above any other that I've tried ( Sound Soap, Sound Forge, etc ).
    For Mac and PC.

    Holy Cow!!
I thought I was the only person in the entire U.S. that had this record (still do). I put it on cassette tape about 20 odd years ago and still occassionally listen to it. Yesterday, in fact. What a hoot. It was my first record as a kid- circa 1963. I just took a flier today and typed the title into Dogpile- and, here you are.

  7. Great site and I am so glad you put this record up here. I remember it from my childhood - it's amazing what is back in those cobwebs after almost half a century.
