Stop in, look around, have a drink and crank some tunes. I'll be posting some songs ripped from records, some out of print and hard to find stuff, some songs by artists you should be listening to, and a few mixes here and there.

Two other sites I've seen used are YouSendIt.com and MegaUpload. I have al of mine hosted on DreamHost that I got 20 GB for $22.00 for the first year. It has like 1 TB of bandwidth, and both the storage and bandwidth increase very month. I found the deal by Googling "DreamHost Coupon Codes," and found one for $22.00. Good luck.

I use sendspace, and it works fine. I also use Savefile, which isn't 100%, but works good for files of the same category. I've heard Megaupload is starting to incorporate spyware with the downloads, so be aware of that.
A new idea which is working well if you have a GMail account is to create a second "public" email account.
Use Firefox and install the GSpace plugin. GMail will give you nearly 3 gigs of storage and the GSpace plugin gives you FTP convenience.
Just publish the "public" gmail login info and you have free server space to the tune of nearly 3 gigs!

I haven't had any problems downloading using the file server sites you've been using - it just takes a little more patience to figure out is all. So I'd just keep posting away.
I would like to suggest Libsyn to you. They have been hosting my podcasts for over a year now and they are great! And I only pay about $5.00 a month. Uploading is easy and it is even easier for the user as they can be given the download URL. They are well worth the small cost and you will no longer have the bandwidth problems. Hope that helps! Happy Holidays to you!
Try www.archive.org for hosting.
