Stop in, look around, have a drink and crank some tunes. I'll be posting some songs ripped from records, some out of print and hard to find stuff, some songs by artists you should be listening to, and a few mixes here and there.

Christmas With The Fonz
This is one of my personal favorite Christmas TV episodes. The Fonz brags about going to his cousins house for Christmas but Richie sees him eating ravioli out of a can instead. The Cunningham's trick Fonzie into coming to their house saying to celebrate by telling him they need help fixing their yard Santa. A real tear jerker! The best part is Fonzie reading Twas The Night Before Christmas. If you only download one file below, download that one. Happy Days indeed.

Merry Christmas Gilligan

These three soundbytes are from the episode Birds Gotta Fly, Fish Gotta Talk from 1964. Season 1, Episode 12. This really isn't just a Christmas episode, it's more of a flash back remembering their first day on the island. Skipppeerrr!

Christmas Soundbytes!

I was thinking. Where can I find myself in this sharing community? I've been gone for a few years... I really want to post some Christmas music and records, but there are far too many people out there that do it way better than I can. People like Ernie, The King of Jingaling, Erick and many others. There's not to many out of print Christmas records out there that someone hasn't posted. So I started thinking of other mediums besides music and came up with TV. TV soundbytes. I posted some sound bytes a few years ago from The Munsters, Pee-Wee Herman and beach movies with Frankie and Annette. They went over great. So that is what I'll be sharing this Christmas season. I love soundbytes. They are great on your iPod when it's on random. They pop up between songs here and there and it's really fun. I'm going to focus on TV sitcoms at first and I'll be posting some later today. Please stop back. Up first is Gilligan's Island, Happy Days and The Andy Griffith Show. All will be Christmas themed. I hope you enjoy them. Please feel free to leave some suggestions and spread the word.

I'm baaack!

Yes. I know. I've said it many time and haven't followed through... This time I mean it. I will never be at the level I was a few years back posting multiple albums per week. Kids and life just take up too much time for that. But I will be posting interesting and unique albums and pop culture crap when I find them. Coming back to this blog is like moving back into an old house that needs lots of work. Links are broken and images are gone... I'll try and clean things up over the next few weeks and give this old place a face lift. My servers have all changes so very few links to music remain. If there is something you want me to repost, just drop me a message and please be patient.
Now begins the long, up-hill battle to have music lovers come back and visit my site. For those of you that stumble upon this, Thanks for stopping by.

Can't Stay Away
I have got so many new and cool records lately that I just have to start sharing them again. I going to try and aim for September. Probably just one or two albums a month so don't get too excited. Thanks for checking back.

Merry Christmas, Happy New Year & Happy Valentines Day
Hey everyone. Any and all links that are still working for downloads, won't be working much longer. The host is moving his servers and they will be going bye-bye. I really don't have the time to keep this blog going (as if you hadn't noticed). It has been GREAT. I will be posting here again someday. I know I'll get the bug to starting posting albums again sometime. If you do see something here you really have to have, drop me a line and I'll get it for you. Signing off. Brainwerk has left the building.

July: Conquer The Video Craze

Those crazy kids and their arcades... What's next? Video games in the home? Listen up on eight tracks giving you tips to beat your favorite games including; Donkey Kong, Ms. Pac-Man, Defender and Tempest. This is pretty funny actually. Especially the narrator trying to explain the Pac-Man path to complete the stage. Great sound bytes. Enjoy.

June: Grasshopper On Wax
Hey everyone! Keeping up with my break-neck pace of one album a month seems to have gotten away from me. In the next few days I'll be posting my June and July record rips. Up first is the soundtrack from Kung Fu. This is one of my favorite albums covers of all. Simple yet powerful. The flute on the record gets a little old. The highlights are definitely the David Carradine soundbytes.

May: Ann-Margret Sings Some Disco

Everybody put out a disco album so why not Ann-Margret? Dolly did it. Telly did it. Even Kiss put out I Was Made For Loving You with a disco beat. Here is Ann-Margret's self titled 5 track album from 1980. Pretty much the tail end of the disco era. I hope you enjoy it.

Happy Birthday Miss Ann-Margret
Don't ya just want to give her a big hug? I'm trying to get a hold of my brothers Ann-Margret disco album. It's a beauty.

APRIL - Ted Knight: Hi Guys
I'm really sorry this took so long my friends. This one was promised way back in August...
Here is some classic Ted Knight at his hammiest (Is that a word?). This record is set in his Mary Tyler Moore era, and I have to admit that I'm more of a Caddyshack/Too Close For Comfort kind of guy... Ted Knight is the master of the nervous laugh and played the uptight/smug roll as good as anyone else in the business. Enjoy.

Spring Has Sprung

Hi guys. Anyone still check back here? Probably not. I didn't plan on it, but ended up taking the winter off. Life has been busy and things change. I no longer have the time to post multiple albums every week like I have done in years past. Starting April 1st I'm going to throw up one of my favorite albums on the first of the month. I hope you enjoy them.
Keep rockin!
