Stop in, look around, have a drink and crank some tunes. I'll be posting some songs ripped from records, some out of print and hard to find stuff, some songs by artists you should be listening to, and a few mixes here and there.

Early Christmas

Hey everyone. I'm sorry for not ripping entire albums lately. My time has been consumed by a little bundle of joy. My second child was born three weeks ago and it's been consuming much of my time. I think you'll understand...

Congratulations! My daughter had that same fleece jacket when she was little (now she's a very mature 28 months) and your picture is making me all nostalgic.

What a fantastic way to begin your holidays! Congratulations on the new addition to your family.

And thanks for posting all the fun stuff on your blog. I'm a new reader, and I downloaded your 'best of' comp and listened to it on my iPod this past weekend while riding the train to visit a friend in her mom in CT. It most definitely kept me entertained the whole time. (Then again, I'm already familiar with Command Records and Mrs Miller, so it's like visiting old friends.)

Best wishes to you and your family!

Merry Christmas!

Here's a song for you: The Band - Christmas Must Be Tonight.

Robbie Robertson wrote this after the birth of his son... in july! (so you're not *that* early ;-)
